Community Bootcamp - FAQ's

What does a typical class include?
Each class consists of a warm up, cardiovascular activity, strength training, core exercises and stretching.  Each day, workouts are varied to ensure a well-rounded program that continually challenges your fitness level.

How often are sessions offered?
Sessions are offered the first Monday of every month and are four weeks long.  For information on exact dates, visit our schedule and locations page.

Can I prorate my fees if I join late or miss classes?
Fees cannot be prorated for any reason. Punch cards may be issued for missed classes due to medical reasons (w/documentation) or for absences longer than one week with prior notice. For planned absences we ask that you purchase a punch card in lieu of a regular session.

Do you give refunds?
Refunds are given for 1) medical reasons (with documentation) or 2) dissatisfaction with the program or our service to you. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of missed class. All refund requests should be directed to the main office at 408-996-9660 or cbc@timeoutservices.com.

What if I can't make it to my regular location?
If you are unable to make it to you regular location you can attend class at another location.  Just let the instructor know which location you normally attend.

Will I be able to keep up with the rest of the group?
Yes, you will!  We use timed sets to ensure that everyone gets a good workout.  We are here to help you acheive your fitness goals.
